We supply wholesale customers, with our client-base including, restaurants, bars, fish and chip shops, hotels, cafés and sandwich shops.
We source where possible, locally caught fresh fish and seafood, which is then expertly prepared by our team. Each order is delivered straight to our customers, ensuring the utmost quality and freshness.
Additionally we offer a comprehensive range of frozen fish and seafood products, which again can be delivered directly.
Any seafood product not held in stock as standard can be sourced upon request – all you need to do is ask.
We also operate ‘text-a-chef’ alerts, sending up-to-the-minute news on promotions and specials straight to your mobile. To sign up to this service, provide us with your mobile phone number and start receiving daily updates.

Delivery
From our central Hove location, we are able to deliver to wholesale customers across the Sussex region.
Fresh fish is available for delivery six days a week in one of our temperature controlled vehicles straight to your door. Our specialist fish filleter will prepare the catch according to your request – be it gutted, descaled, filleted, headed, trimmed or whole.
Sunday deliveries are also available locally subject to terms – please speak to Sean or Guy.

About
We pride ourselves upon being fish and seafood specialists.
Managing Director Sean has worked in the fishing industry for 35 years, spending 22 years as a deep sea fisherman skippering trawlers all over Northern Europe. During this time he has gained extensive knowledge of all seafood products, with particular understanding about their breeding and migrating patterns. Using his experience, he is able to advise upon what fish or shellfish are in season, and what the freshest and most readily available catch will be.
Guy, our Operations Manager, came to the industry after spending 25 years as a chef. His background means he is used to handling and cooking fish and seafood. He can offer guidance on all our products, as well as the quantities needed for different portion sizes.
Alongside Sean and Guy, we have a dedicated support team of delivery drivers and office workers, all of whom ensure our customers receive the best possible service.
